THE PRO ARTE CHORALE 2025-2026 Season

The Pro Arte Chorale, under the direction of Dr. Bryan Zaros, is proud to unveil its 2025–2026 season—a powerful and inspiring lineup of choral-orchestral masterworks that explore themes of destiny, hope, and triumph. The season opens with Paths of Destiny on Saturday, November 22, 2025, a thrilling collaboration with the Ridgewood Symphony Orchestra featuring Parry’s I Was Glad, Verdi’s Overture to La Forza del Destino, Brahms’s Schicksalslied (Song of Destiny), and Saint-Saëns’s Messe de Requiem. This sweeping program takes listeners on a journey through drama and reflection, from moments of quiet reverence to soaring, radiant beauty.

Later in the season, Pro Arte returns with Choral Fireworks on Saturday, May 9, 2026—an electrifying celebration of majesty and spirit. With Handel’s celebrated Coronation Anthems and Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass, the program bursts with regal energy, dazzling choral writing, and uplifting grandeur.  In addition to these featured performances, the season will include more intimate events, such as a Cabaret evening where audiences can enjoy the voices of Pro Arte and guest artists in a relaxed, engaging setting.  Under Dr. Zaros’s direction, Pro Arte continues to bring together singers, orchestra, and audiences in performances that are moving, memorable, and artistically rich.

The 2025-2026 Season made possible by funds from the Bergen County Division of Cultural & Historic Affairs, a partner of the New Jersey State Council on the Arts
